  1. Sunset Beach, Oahu, HI

Well-known for big wave surfing in winter (the beach is home to the Vans Triple Crown), the water here becomes as calm as a lake in summer and is a great place for snorkeling. Guessing from its name, Sunset Beach has nice sunset views, especially in the summer months.

  1. Whitehaven Beach, Whitsunday Island, Whitsunday Islands

A picture perfect paradise, this beach promises breathtaking views of the crystal clear waters as you take a stroll along the pristine silica sand.  Stretching over seven kilometers and boasting an impressive collection of awards, it’s easy to see why it has visitors from all over the world.

  1. Praia Mole, Florianopolis, Brazil

Young, attractive surfers and paragliders make this one of the coolest beaches in all of Brazil. Near the attractive town of Florianopolis, this is also an excellent spot for people-watching with trendy beach bars, restaurants, and cafes.

  1. Horseshoe Bay, Bermuda

The famous pink-hued sands of this beach isn’t one to be missed. True to its name, this beach is curved into the shape of a horseshoe. Equipped with cafes, shower facilities, rental shops and a lifeguard; this beach has everything you need. There’s always something going on, with regular events and weekly beach volley ball competitions in the summer months.
