How did you first get into creating content for social media?
I originally started my social media career on YouTube. It was something I always dreamed of doing and when I graduated high school, I finally got the courage to post my first video! I loved the process of filming, editing, and coming up with a video concept, so my passion for creating content grew in me! When Covid happened, I became consistent with uploading once or twice a week and took it full-time!
You have a very diverse range of content on your platforms, from beauty to fitness to self-care. What inspires you to create such varied content?
I enjoy making content about becoming the best version of myself and helping others do the same! If I can share how I’m doing that in all areas of my life while also providing tips and tricks to others then I feel like I’m doing my job right! I think people gravitate towards authenticity and I love having my audience follow me along with whatever is most relevant in my life at the time.
Your brand collaborations with En Route and Ardene have been very successful. How do you choose the brands you work with, and what do you look for in a partnership?
I choose brands that I use in real life and that I feel my audience would resonate with. It is a great feeling to work with brands that have amazing teams as well that are truly passionate about their missions and goals.
Your video “Trying the Victoria’s Secret Model Diet and Workouts for a Week (Hard)” has been a huge hit. Can you tell us about the process of creating that video and the response you received?
That video is very special to me as it catapulted me into creating the type of content that I make now. It was when I was first getting into fitness, health, etc, so in the process of making it I was a little lost and unfamiliar with the topics but I think those authentic reactions are what made the video entertaining. The video was immediately received with great response and many enjoyed the light-heartedness of it all.
You often encourage your followers to travel and live alone with confidence. What advice do you have for someone hesitant to take that leap?
I try to remind myself that growth happens outside of my comfort zone and that is my driving force! I’ve never made progress when staying stagnant and it’s easy to stay comfortable in routine so every so often I tell myself it is good for me to take that leap and see what happens! Being comfortable with feeling uncomfortable and embracing change has made me much more confident, independent, and self-reliant.
You are a self-care advocate and often share your routines with your followers. Can you tell us about some of your favourite self-care practices?
My favorite self-care practices include having a pamper day once a week where I take an “everything” shower which includes exfoliating, shaving, doing a hair mask, etc, then doing a facemask, doing my nails, my eyebrows, etc. I also love practising yoga and meditation weekly to recenter myself and have more mental clarity.
You have a very dedicated fanbase. What has been the most rewarding aspect of connecting with your followers through social media?
It has been an incredible feeling to have my audience connect with me through direct messaging or by commenting on my videos. I often get told that my content has genuinely helped them in their real life, so whether it’s their self-worth, confidence, happiness, mood, etc, that has improved – it is always great to know that my content has gotten them to a spot they didn’t know they could get to.
What’s next for you and your brand? Are there any upcoming projects or collaborations that you’re excited to share with your followers?
I am soon to release a product with my brand/podcast ‘A Better You’, and I could not be more excited! It is something I’ve been working on for a while and something that I know I’ll really resonate with my audience. I can’t wait to showcase more of my creativity and create something that I know will get good use out of.
You are a source of inspiration for many people around the world. Who or what inspires you in your own life and career?
I’ve realized over the years that one of my driving forces in almost everything I do is the want to build deep and meaningful connections, and relationships, and the want to lift others. I feel most inspired when I have great people around me, have great conversations, and I step outside of my comfort zone and have new ideas on how I can help more people unlock this inspiration they have within themselves. I get my most creative ideas when speaking to new people and hearing new perspectives or simply having new experiences in my life that I can then turn into content or advice.
What advice do you have for aspiring content creators who hope to achieve the same level of success that you have?
I would recommend to anyone who is just starting out and wants to create this career path, to be patient and consistent. There are times when views or brand deals may be unpredictable; so if you keep working hard and doing the thing you love, then you’ll be able to sustain it and also attract new opportunities, viewers, and deals. Hone in on your own creativity and create content that is authentic and natural to you. When you try to be like others it only waters you down. Also, it’s a lot more work than you would think so make sure to pace yourself so don’t get burned out!

I always make sure to bring multiple choices in case something doesn’t fit me the way I would like! I also gravitate towards fabrics that are soft, and breathable, and let me move in the ways I want to!

I always have some eyebrow gel, lip liner, and lipgloss. With these three products, I feel put together and look like I put more effort into my appearance than I actually did.

I always prioritize my morning and nighttime skincare routines. I make sure to bring products with me that are hydrating, won’t irritate my skin barrier, and also target pimples from occurring so I can do minimal makeup on the go.

I love bringing packing cubes with me! It lets me store my items more effectively and organize my clothing pieces so that I don’t create a mess when I get to my travel destination.
What travel destinations are on your bucket list?
I would LOVE to explore more of Latin America and Asia. Though they are quite different, I feel that they both offer parts of my personality that I would love to embrace. In places like South Korea or Japan, I would love to try the food, and the cafes, explore the history, etc. In Latin America, there are many countries I would love to visit where I could learn more about the culture, learn to dance, experience the nightlife, and have conversations with the people there in Spanish!
Where are you off to next?
Next up, I am headed to New York! Although it is a place I visit often, I never regret my time there or leave feeling like I didn’t gather new experiences. There is always something to do, someone to meet, somewhere to go, etc. I am never bored there and I love that!
